The terms of sale present govern the agreement between the company LATIDOS DE ORO and the Customer through the www.latidosdeoro.es
Place an order
Purchases made in the virtual store LATIDOS DE ORO, are subject to the regulations and legislation in force in Spain.
In order to place an order through the website, the Customer must be of legal age.
To place an order the user must select the products that they want to buy and add them to the cart. Once there, you must finish the purchase; to do this you can do so as a guest by filling in the delivery details and choosing the payment method, or by registering to facilitate your access to future purchases. In any case, after accepting the Terms and Conditions, payment of the order is made.
If the payment is authorized, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail that implies acceptance of the order whenever there is stock.
Prices and payment
Purchases made in the virtual store LATIDOS DE ORO are subject to the regulations and legislation in force in Spain. The prices that appear on the website are in euros (VAT included) and are those in force except typing error. Their validity period is effective while they appear on your screen.
The prices of the website may change without prior notice except in the case of orders that have already been confirmed.
You can make payment for your purchase in the following ways: bank transfer, bank card and paypal.
To make shipping faster, if you make your payment by transfer, send us your proof of payment info@latidosdeoro.es with your order number and name. As soon as we check, we will proceed with the shipment. To proceed with these payment methods, we will provide you with an account number by e-mail once you confirm your order. In case we do not receive payment or proof within 3 calendar days, the order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
Shipping
The shipment is selected by the customer from among those available before completing the purchase. Mail, Express and Zeleris 24h are transportation options enabled for domestic shipments.
The delivery time from the moment GOLDEN HEARTBEAT delivers the order to the carrier until the Customer receives it will depend on the option chosen by the customer. In addition, LATIDOS DE ORO is in the delivery policy and conditions of each qualified transport company. In case of a problem in delivery by incorrect address (make sure that the data you provide us are correct) or absence thereof, GOLDEN HEARTBEAT is not responsible.
It is possible that on highlighted dates (Christmas, Easter, etc.) the order will be delayed more than usual, so it is recommended to do so at least 10 days in advance.
Deliveries are made on weekdays (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and it is not possible to choose delivery times to the carrier.
Receiving the order
If no product rejection notice has been received within 10 days of receipt of the package, GOLDEN HEARTBEAT considers that the goods have been accepted. If it is damaged, you should contact the info@latidosdeoro.es
Return
For any possible incident or complaint we recommend, in any case, that you contact us via e-mail info@latidosdeoro.es
Claims for possible incidents such as that the product is delivered deteriorated, wrong or for any other cause susceptible to claim will be treated as follows: in case of requesting the refund of the amount after acceptance of the return, the customer must forward the product to the address provided to him within 7 days of receipt of the order. To do this, the product must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. Return costs are borne by the customer (according to Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996). If, on the other hand, you wish to replace the product, GOLDEN HEARTBEAT undertakes to deliver to the customer another product as soon as we receive the defective product.
If you are not satisfied for any other reason, you can return the order within 14 days from the confirmation of the shipment, the return costs being also borne by the customer. In any case, returns that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.
